BOUTIQUE SHOPPING from a French interior design intern’s prospective…

05.17.10

A little note about our job as a position as INTERIOR DESIGNER. In brief, our main concern is with how different colors, textures, furniture, lighting, and space work together to meet the lifestyle and personality of our clients. Traditionally, most interior designers follow an exacting process of design development  keeping in mind the basic elements of design to satisfy each client’s needs, this choosing a style and color palette and then selecting appropriate furniture, type of floor and window coverings, artwork, accessories (by specifying the materials and finishes)…Here is our RSVP’s favorite shop list, I am glad to share it:

But, I am sure you’ve been looking for a specific piece of furniture for that special place in your home and you can’t find it anywhere. Magazines, showrooms, online, everywhere…But are you mass-produced, or one-of-kind? To have a perfect unique piece that would work, and that match with your own palette…I will say: think custom solution! RSVP Design Services is becoming involved in architectural detailing, such as custom design as fire screen…ideal swing…perfect sofa and matched pillows, chandeliers…Be Unique!!

  1. As a professional Interior Designer, we have the experience and knowledge to design our client’s homes and personal spaces, but it is those personal pieces and accessories that make it “your” home. This is a short list of some great Dallas specialty stores. Design is my passion!
